poor fps

recently i've got alot of lag in all of my games. all from arma 3 to minecraft. and the weird thing about it is that the gpu is not doing much, usualy just around 20-30% of use. same with the cpu. i dont think it got to do with the integratedgpu in the cpu either. it all startet to happen hven i couldn't innstal the new nvidia drivers. i had to force innstal them, and i think it might have broken somthing. anyway, my settup is a core i7-4770k clokked at 4ghz, 16gigs if ram and asus gtx 780 oc 2, stock. i dont have heat issues either. and a msi g series motherboard (dont remeber the name) is it the driver that is casing it or is the gpu broken??

i cant instal driver anymore, the instaler just say "failed to innstal". i went into the files and innstal singel components like phisx an 3dvision and stuff, and the the innstaler would work, i clikked clean innstal in hope that it would fix it, but it didnt. cant seem to find the problem. (sorry for bad english, i am from norway and in a hurry).

Try nuking the drivers with Display Driver Uninstaller (have to do it in safe mode) and see if you can install it ok after that.

Tried that, but I'm trying a clean install again, but can't check it before I get back home, in 4-5 hours, thanks for the fast response ☺
