New Gaming Rig (Singapore) 14 year old

Sup guys, I am building a new gaming pc here in Singapore. I am 14 years old and am quite interested in building. I have experience in building pc. I also want to make sure because this is the first pc i am building with my own money. So tell me what you guys think and i am not a rich kid, these are my saved up money. Thank you for your opinions.
How do you suggest that these things are sufficient. I want to play bf4 on ultra settings at 1080p at more than 80-100 fps constantly.

Don't get the 780ti get the 980 its cheaper that or go with an R9 295x

also you power supply is overkill Get an EVGA supernova G2 

you can use the extra money to buy 16GB of Ram if you prefure

That PSU is way overkill. Get the higher quality EVGA 750G2

 

Get the newer 4690K if you're looking to overclock

 

Do not get a Kingston V300

 

Noctua U14S over Kuhler 920 any day

My price point is around 1450 usd but since i live in asia. I have to pay 100 usd and another 100 usd for import so my 1450 usd is as much as i can go.
