if you're using windows 8.1 then you need to restart your computer and let it install updates. if you're using windows 7 then you can download it in the link

usually thats a vidcard driver problem.., did you try to do a integrity check for the games? completely uninstalling and reinstalling ur vidcard drivers (displaydriveruninstaller (DDU) works great gettable at www.guru3d.com) might work, you could also check the installfolders for files called vcredist, dxsetup and installing those.. (latest version can be obtained on the microsoft sites.., microsoft.com, msdn.com))
