what OS you running?

If win8, it has a build in backup system..., if you go to control panel -> file history and look in the lower left corner you see a link to system image backup, with that you can create a full system backup..

dunno bout win7 or so...

Windows 7 also includes built in backup functionality. Every version of windows has had one, but only since Windows Vista and higher has it been any good.

With Windows 7 or Windows 8 you can backup your full system volume. Keep in mind that as far as the backup is concerned, it doesn't give a shit how the HDD is configured (striped volume, proper RAID, etc).

Alternatively you can also use any Image Based Backup solution, such as Acronis True Image.

FYI Windows Striped Volume is not the safest or best way to merge multiple HDD's. If the HDD's are identical in size, then I'd even recommend a Motherboard RAID 0 over Windows Striped Volume. But that's a totally different conversation :P
