Hey Community,

I want to buy a new gaming pc and i want to choose the components and let it build on the internet.

I am from Germany and i want to buy the PC either on Alternate.de or on Mindfactory.de

Have you guys made any experiences which one of this sites?Have you got any suggestions? What website can you recommend?

Greetings

MINDFACTORY all the way! Have my 1.5 PCs from there, superb service and had 2 RMAs that were both replaced within 4 days O.o Make sure you buy your hardware with the gold service thing. its only 5 bucks and saves you a lot of time if you have to RMA something. Also, Mindfactory is cheaper!

Also, please don't have it build for you. seriously it is so easy to find someone these days who can do it. Just ask around in your friend circle or family. I am sure someone has a brother or sth. Or just do it yourself, it is really not as scary as it sounds!

Why should i not let mindfactory built my PC?

Do they maybe use components with shortcomings then?

No, they only use the parts you select. Its just the fact that building your pc is easy and you can save yourself the money and do it yourself.

Also, Mindfactory all the way for me. They dont sell some few brands, like for example Acer, due to "product political reasons", but if they have a product, its likely the cheapest price on the web. And the service in case of rma or any other issues is fast and very good.

On the other hand, I can not recommend Alternate at all!! Almost always 10 bucks more expensive and really bad customer service. I had to theaten them with sueing them and loyers and stuff, before they took back the Func MS-3 I rma'd 3 times. I will never order from them again...

Personal Build Project "Rained-On"

helped building up the CPU Overclocking Database and GPU Overclocking Database, check them out ;)
