I know that new egg ships internationally now, but not sure if they include dubai, and amazon says they ship to dubai. But I have read that there were issues for people who tried. I did find a website that claims to be located in dubai. http://www.alshop.com You can try it. That's all I got on the subject. Good luck

thanks for the help, but newegg doesn't ship to me, amazon will only ship books and alshop doesn't really sell computer components.
