Available for purchase? Or MSI released a pic?

OC3D review had one.

They're around, and will be released very soon.

probably a few weeks until they are commonly available at your favorite retailers.

I'm debating whether to get that or the reference.  I have a red build going on in the h440.  I'm pretty sure the reference cooler is more suitable, but would the green LED stand out too much?  Will I be able to turn down the brightness?

I believe you can turn the led off.

Thats what i figured. The 980 looks great so far but im not jumping on the bandwagon just yet. I always like to wait and get all info before i buy anything. I am also curious to see what AMD will release. So hard to resist new tech!! :P
You can't be serious.  Hyperthreading is a market joke?

A part of me wants to get one, while the other part wants to get a discounted 780 for sli, while the third part of me is screaming at me not to waste money on gpu horsepower I in no way need. /sigh I think i might wait for next year and get the maxwell die shrink, or whatever nvidia does next. My 780 is keeping up just dandy.

I'm personally going for it given the huge drop in TDP.  I don't think AMD will come up with anything similar anytime soon.

Lol that sums it up great for me as well. I kinda want to switch to Nvidia but my 290 is a beast over clocker and handles everything just fine. Plus i just put a Kraken G10 on it.
