Help! Sometimes when i use Spotify, or any other thing that has audio, the audio stutters. Is it because i overclocked it slightly?

 

Specs: Intel Pentium E5200 (Stock: 2.5GHz OC: 2.83GHz)

Mobo: MSi G31M3-L V2

RAM: DDR2 800MHz 4GB(can only use 3GB due to XP)

No graphic card cos I'm not a gamer

32 bit WIndows XP

 

Note: I'm a noob.
