Hi all,

i was hoping if you guys could give me some feedback and help with setting up my first own build gaming pc.

1. Budget & Location

My budget is around $2000 or 1600-1700 euros becouse i live in the netherlands. to be honest i dont mind to pay a little bit more if it means a great deal of improvment.

2. Aim

This rig is purely for gaming, i would like to be able to play the latest and greatest games on the highest settings. would love to have everything in a blue theme.

3. Monitors

im going for 1 monitor with 120hz refresh rate and id also like to be able to play on 120fps if the budget alows for a beastly enough pc

4. Peripherals

razer naga for the mouse and razer kraken 7.1 for headset chose the naga becouse i used to play wow with it and i love it!. chose the kraken 7.1 for the virtual surround a nice mic and i like the look.

5. Why are you upgrading?
sold my pc in june becouse im on my internship in australia atm but when i go back to the netherlands i want to build a new beast computer witht he latest graphics card.

so having no knowledge of picking the parts i just went ahead and gave it a shot this is what i came up with:

Thanks in advance for your help.

Don't really think you'd need much more for 120hz.

Looks good to me... but you should get a Z97 Mobo... oh and use 1600Mhz Ram - 2133Mhz is not worth the price (almost no difference in games except BF4)
