Recommended Audio Interface?

I'm getting a Rode Procaster microphone for podcasting/streaming and need an audio interface for it to work. I'm not too knowledgable about audio type things, but have been looking at getting a Scarlett 2i2? I don't really want to break the bank as I'm not going to need crazy things to make music - so can anyone give me any recommendations?

I make music and probably will be doing an album soon on the Scarlett 2i2, for simple vocals it should be all you need.

The 2i2 is what I use. They work perfectly fine for what I use it. for.

Everyone loves focusrite. I have a 2i4 and it's rugged as hell. Been in and out of school in my bag and is a bit beaten up, but it still works really well

Yeah focusrite seems to be the go to product but I know next to nothing about them.

I own a scarlett 2i4 since release date and I had no issues with it. the mic preamps are more than enough for whatever you need it for i promise
