Hey guys I am in high school and I have a spare for one of my periods. I usually have a lot of time to do nothing so do you guys have any recommendations for any easy to run offline games that I could run on my laptop?

Any offline game... just get a good 3.0 Usb like the voyegor and you'll be good.

Deus Ex. Runs on a fair amount of modern machines, and you can save at any point, close, open and get right back into the game.

Also, pro tip. Go on Steam store. Press enter in the search bar (without entering anything) then sort by release date, oldest to newest, by clicking on "Release date" twice. Then look through and select any of those titles with a good metascore that intrigue you.

 

EDIT: Also, many games in humble bundles and other indie game bundles work great. As well as that you can check best free games of the week from PC Gamer, they generally have some great titles included from japanese indie devs and other inde developers around the world.
