Welcome to the forum! Looks like a good build, but I would probably say get a better single GPU when you upgrade. Crossfire right now is having frame rating problems, so I would probably suggest going to the 780, if you have the budget. It also depends on your usage scenario, as CUDA is very useful for video editing and rendering, but overall, the 780 would be a great choice.

You should buy better single gpu. It all comes down to how much you have money to spend on new gpu, but you can't go wrong with any of those gpu's. And if you are buying new hardware buy the latest (770, 780 or 7970). 8xxx series is also coming so stay tuned for that too.

I don't plan on upgrading for atleast 3 months (I'm getting tons of extra overtime in a few months, so I will purchase then). So my budget well be around 700, but if I really don't want to spend that much on a video card, unless its absolutely worth it. Also I do plan on doing some LP's and minor video editing so nothing to major.

Aside from the overkill psu--A cx430 would've been more than enough, everything else looks fine.

That psu could power a 780 or titan without a hitch.

If you're upgrading the gpu, get a 7950. When both overclocked, the 7950/7970 are quite close in performance while the 7950 is $100 cheaper.

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/

PSU: overkill, a smaller one will do great as well.

GPU: I prefer a better single GPU over 2 weaker one's, it also eliminates any possible SLI/CrossfireX issues. A card that's great at the moment is the 7950, it's cheaper then a 670, and overclocks great.
