Hi,

I'm looking to buy a new pc, i'd love to go with an nvidea 780 or 770 but should i wait another month or 2?

I'm hoping that the prices will drop significantly after the 970 and 980 release. what do you guys think?

AFAIK, that never happens? People always expect it to, but it doesn't unless you buy used.

For my pertinent links to guides, reviews, and anything similar, go here, and look under the spoiler labeled such. A brief history of Unix and it's relation to OS X by Builder.

At this point you should probably wait a couple of months, however if you must buy now don't get an nvidia card in that price range: amd currently has better options for cheaper, like an R9 290.

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

I've heard that nvidea cards make less noise, that's my main point to go for nvidea

It's Nvidia.

And just wait till the new GPU-s come out. We'll see then.
