how come you never said it to other people that you need a os? They don't have a os in their build

I would just say tough luck save up 200 more dollars and get way more bang for your buck or at least so it 350 just for the computer and not for the monitor and windows which cost 200 dollars just in themselves.

ya, we could PROBABLY get a ponitor and periferals at like a pawn shop :) ya know what, we could ALWAYS get a monitor and peripherlas at a pawn shop

Because its lousy performance. Tell him to put the $400 for a PS4 towards a computer instead. Boom...right there, he now has $820 to spend since in addition to a PS4 he'll also need to pay for Playstation Online ($50/year); and thats assuming he doesnt even get any games.

But I'm not one to talk about bang for your buck I have a r7 250 I got off eBay for 40 bucks and my computer is 80gbs and has a AMD 64 x2 3800+ in it so I got all of that for 50 bucks and my monitor is a 19 inch 1440 by 900 monitor. I got the monitor for free because I fixed it for like 3 dollars so in total my rig costed me 68 dollars (I got a mouse cooler master something to tierd to remember)

he already has a ps3, and has cod bo2, but u know, 13 year olds, ( im pretty sure he a year younger than me

What does a ps3 have anything to do with this...If hes going to get a ps4 tell him to put that towards a pc instead.

he has a ps3 ALREADY, but he also gonna get a ps4. he told me that if his present is a ps4,( hes 69% sure, ) then i can have is ps3 with all the games and stuff for free

Get that but I would change the case out for a cheaper one so it goes along more with the budget
