pc wont boot

Hello , so I left my house and shut off my pc , I came home sometime later and it won't Boot it just goes to the gigabytes bios selection (press DEL :setup etc) but nothing after that does anyone know of anything . ??

Did you left something like a SD Card or USB Key in the Computer ? when yes remove it please and try to boot up again.

Check the sata cable connected to your boot drive

Yes I removed all the usb devices and checked the drives they're all plugged in I will swap it and see if that does it

can you access the bios / uefi ? or does it nothing ?

It does nothing just says at that screen

Power off the Computer and pull the power cable out , now press the power button serveral times to get the "last" power out of the Computer , now open the case and remove the bios battery for 15 sec and in this time press the power button a few times then you but back the battery and try to boot up the pc .

Thats Bad , i did a Little Research on the Internet and it appears that this Problem is very common with this Mainboard , in the most cases its defect .

Well that sounds good , but i have no idea how this can happen      its back from the dead ( your pc is now a Zombie )

Usually when the system is stuck on the BIOS screen, it is a problem with the RAM, so its really strange that its just started working again, but anyway that's good news for you.

maybe it was some static energy ? maybe you can run some Ram Test Tools ?

this same thing happened to me a week ago, for me it was a bad sata cable that short circuited, if it happens again try plugging out all other drives than the OS drive, and if that doesn't work swap cables and/or ports
