Windows 8.1 "Updates"

I updated 8.1 to 8.1 update 1, let me explain, when the mouse is in the up left corner a "pop up" appear and then you can go to desktop or other things on metro you have open, but when I update the "pop up"  take a lot of time more to show up (half a second).Someone with the same trouble?,  I was trying to upload a video with this post , but i couldn´t. forgive my english.

Wow that's weird. I don't use metro so I've never ran into that before...or done any troubleshooting on it. No one has ever complained to be about a metro problem as of yet. Curios to what this ends up being.
