Help me for a Gaming/Editing Buil

Hey guys, this is my 1st post on this forums, im thinking of building a PC ( my 1st build ever ) so i though the best place to get tips is, Linus Tech Tips.

1. The Budget is 2000$ USD ( including peripherals ), Location is Russia

2. My main aim is, well there are 2 aims:

1 - rendering, i edit videos for my brother's youtube channel, so i will be using Cinema 4D, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, maybe Flash in the future, and Sony Vegas.  so i want it to be really good at these stuff, and good at rendering.

2 - Gaming, i usually game at 720p ( medium/high ), so i want it to be able to handle the new games at good fps, and maybe be good at recording while gaming, i usually play league of legends for now, but planning to play Watch Dogs and GTA V

3. As for now. im okay with one monitor. Maybe upgrade after a year or two to two monitors.

4. Peripherals : keyboard, mouse, headphones ( idk what else :D) let me know if i missed something important ;D

5. I am not upgrading, i wanted a pc long time ago, but since i was planning to move in august, i though to buy it after moving. I used to use laptops all the time

So some friends suggested to buy this monitor:  Asus VE247H 23.6"

Keyboard + Mouse bundle : Cooler Master CM Storm Devastator

                                                      Headphones: Logitech G230

Cheers

im not sure what you dont understand but, for some games 720p is medium, for some 720 is high, whats wrong with 2000$? i have seen some for 500$ that do that, but they are not great for rendering
