After using for the first time AsRock Extreme Tuner somehow my pc lags a lot,i noticed that the core clock is at 750 mhz (saw on cpu-z) but the power save mode is off also multiplier is at 4...Seems pretty low to me,but i dont want to risk rising it up too much so my question is,what i should do to set it back to 3.4 ghz clock speed as it was?

Don't use any software program to overclock your chip. Always do it via the BIOS.

Shot through the heart and you're to blame, 30fps and i'll pirate your game - Bon Jovi

Take me down to the console city where the games are blurry and the frames are thirty - Guns N' Roses

Arguing with religious people is like explaining to your mother that online games can't be paused...

Tried, still same...Had to unistall the program, change few things in save energy options...Now seems its fine.

I tried to see if temperatures would be good if i change multiplier only, reached 4 ghz with normal temperatures. But to be honest i dont saw any improvement from 3.4 to 4 ghz...
