Optical Gaming Mouse

Poips

M45 from corsair? Optical sensor, black colour sheme with optional lighting. It's a wide built mouse which might work well for larger hands as well, not super great for palm grip though.

Hey there!

I'm looking for a cheapish Optical gaming mouse to replace this cruddy laser mouse i have which has built in acceleration in the sensor, which is pretty bad for me while playing games.

I take gaming pretty seriously so accuracy is very important for me, and this mouse likes to slightly glide after stopping, and no registry/software can fix it because it's built into the sensor.

I'm looking for a Optical gaming mouse somwhere in the 45-30 dollar price range.

Looks wise. Who doesn't like a good looking mouse? i'd want something all black. i don't like the look of logitech mice so those are automatically out of the question.

I'd also like a ruberized/grippy texture on the mouse.

Weight is also really important. i like a pretty hefty mouse. i also have big hands so a big mouse wouldn't hurt either.

I usually claw/fingertip grip.

Oh and a good button config software system wouldn't hurt either just for some frill  ;)

Thank you!

DeathAdder 2013 if you're also looking for ergonomics. Logitech G402 Hyperion for Precision. Both of them are awesome :)

Do you know if the M45 has a perfect sensor or no?

Your budget is too low. The two best optical mice on the market currently is the zowie fk and the deathadder. If you have a smaller hand, the zowie fk should be perfect.

With your budget I would take a look at some of the CM Storm's offerings; Alcor and Recon. Logitech G400s should be within that range, too.

Thanks, looks like i'll go with that. reading about apparently the m45 has 0 acceleration which is good.

Yeah I forgot to mention, but it's a solid sensor :)

Accurate list. Obviously the sensor is the most important thing when choosing a "new" mouse.

That image is quite out dated and a lot of manufacturers have come out with new mice with "flawless" optical sensor. http://www.overclock.net/t/854100/gaming-mouse-sensor-list is a good resource. Sensors like A3090, PMW3310H and PMW3366 are considered "flawless".
