What kind of cases are you looking for particularity, a thin plastic shell, a soft/hard sleeve or something that has more protection/durability?

Something that will protect my mac from scratches. I would prefer it be a hard case

check out the apple site, generally the best ones will be there and if not, then look into speck cases, they have great ones afaik, my dad uses one for his and he hasnt complained once of it.

If your looking for minimal protection just for scratches something like a carbon fiber/vinyl skin or snap on hardshell case will work very well, thin and prevents bulk unlike sleeves.

I prefer having a soft pouch for mine (13" Pro) and then have that inside a bag. It helps with making it a tigher fit since my bag is made for a 15" laptop. No scratches here
