Random screen glitch out

Go to solution Solved by bradscoolio,

If you're 1000000000% your graphics card is stable because you've stressed it with Unigine heaven benchmark, then download and install driver sweeper, boot your system into safe mode, delete all remnants your graphics card drivers and then re-install the previous driver version :)

God speed!

When ever I am just doing normal stuff on YouTube or Facebook and i close a tab or the browser it self my screen will glitch out and looks like the screen shot below but its twitches out badly it will come back to normal about the first 3 times then it will just stay glitched until i restart my pc. I have figured its not my graphics card overclock or driver so i don't know what to do.

Sorry for the flash in the middle of the screen i have a bad camera which needs flash for the pictures to not be blurry.

Your computer is starting to see the light. Anyways, you're certain your video card OC is 100% stable? Also, your monitor might be starting to go.
