I've had a similar problem

The windows update was all day trying to install updates without finishing them but then I rebooted and the updates installed fine

After that my computer takes too long to Hibernate or Shutdown

I would love some answers too

Your screenshot shows you are offline and its trying to download that might be why its hung. I would go download the drivers for whatever adapter you are using then do one update at a time until you find the one that keeps failing.

no i was messing with internet and that's why it shows that internet connection is good but sometimes wind update "app" freezes when i try just opening it.can't even check updates so...

  • Run CMD as administrator (Go to start screen, all apps, search CMD, right-click and select run as administrator)

Enter: dism /online /remove-package /packagename:Package_for_KB2919355~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.3.1.14

When step 2 has completed, enter: dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

Retry the update

That's a language pack error. You can try to re download it here or uninstall your language pack then go download it again.

No luck,again

Edit: i tryed windows update trovleshoot as windows it self detcted the problem and it failed repairing it.i tryed system "refesh" via dvd and it says that refresh is denied due error so i really don't know (as soon as i got ssd this win 8 shit is going out of my house)

Well it's pirated version , and more than that I believe it's a bad one , I remember having one with the same type of problem .

Try put the dvd in , start the setup and when asked "what to keep " choose personal data or windows settings & personal data . That will reinstall your windows without losing files .

I recommend using another version though .
