Any good free remote desktop?

I need a good free remote desktop app, that is free to stream to my surface rt from my home computer over two different networks, does that exist? Has to be compatible with Windows RT, and it has to be free, I know splashtop does this, but it is paid, so is there anything like it? Thanks for your help, and Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but it says software.

Team Viewer for connections from different places and splashtop for streaming over the same network

Team Viewer works with Rt, will give it a shot then, keep shooting those suggestions though!

join.me works but you need to be on the host computer to give the connected computer control
