RAM is BSOD'ing - HP lied about it's specs

I went to upgrade my RAM in my HP h8-1360t and decided to check the manual @ h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c02871896.pdf for the specs and bought a kit of (2) 4GB DDR3 pc3-10600 @ 1333 MHz - the specs listed on page 16 of the manual.

 

SO-DIMM modules must meet the following

requirements:

● 204-pin DDR3-DIMM

● PC3-10600 (1333 MHz) DDR3-SDRAM

● Unbuffered, non-ECC (64-bit) DIMMs

● 1.5 V memory only

● 16.0 GB maximum installable memory using

4GB Modules. Actual available memory that

can be used in Windows will be less.

Because the memory uses dual channels, you should

use the same DIMM type for both sockets.

I started getting BSOD's about PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA Bug code:00000050 (Dump Files @ https://www.mediafire.com/?86cq2s7s1a1nqde). I ran the hp motherboard diagnostics and memtest in multiple DIMM configurations, but no errors turn up. I do notice, however, that the specs of the RAM that came with the computer and the specs of the RAM they want you to upgrade with are different - 

 

Included HP RAM:

Could this error be caused by the discrepancies, and if so, could I over/underclock any of the modules to fix it, or am I better off returning it?
