Well the problem is that i live in brazil so my expensive is your cheap i think about 200 dollars is like 400 Reais thats in my budget 

I think the kraken x61 is only about $150 so it should fit your budget.

The x61 is the best AiO watercooler.

i mean anything atm from cooler master, corsair, or swifttech seems nice in terms of aio's. if youre going for a custom loop you gotta whole 'nother thing coming :P

I wouldn't say it's the best, but its pretty good. It's probably the best within his budget though.

It's the best AiO liquid cooler.

 

The only thing that performs slightly better is the H320, but at that point it's basically a cheap custom loop for your CPU. Also the H320 wasn't that successful. Barely and reviews/benchmarks on it. Linus didn't even try it.

Yep. I wish there were more options for AIOs with rads over 240mm
