You're not going to get future proof for under 10K, bud.

What are you smoking? 10k wouldn't even be futureproof. At that there is no reason to even come close to that price. I could build a solid two year pc for around 5k. But there is no such thing as futureproofing.

If you've previously won the build off please pm me so we can get something worked out.

No such thing as futureproof. Especially at only $1200. The parts you picked out are very unbalanced. Rule of thumb is about 1/3 of your budget goes into you GPU when doing a gaming rig. Here is what i suggest.

Motherboard: MSI Z97-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($128.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($87.69 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon R9 290 4GB WINDFORCE Video Card  ($369.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro ATX Full Tower Case  ($99.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $1121.24
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
