It should all be compatible and fit with no problems.

If you hold out for a few more days then you can get a Haswell CPU. Might be worth the wait to you, I'm not sure.

I doubt it will be worse than the 3770k, might be more expensive though. It's up to you really.

As for motherboards, the sabertooth will look better but it has a tiny fan on it which could be annoying. The maximus is MATX though which might look weird in a full tower case.

no need to buy a 850w psu, about 600watts should be enough

Unless he decides to do SLI.

That's ATX. It'd look better.

If you can afford such a high price system, just get a decent soundcard, or even better get a decent soundsystem with a receiver, it will change your life!

Or try to wait a couple more days? Cause haswell is coming and Asus also launching their Maximus VI series on 4th of June. Wait this couple of days and then make the final decision? Although from what i heard, the 4th gen, Haswell performance might just dif 10%, but hey~ think about this, new thing launch, 3rd gen price might drop a bit? Then compare which solution suits ur budget n performance is still not consider as late, right? =)

And one more thing, nice choice on the GTX780. I like the sexy cooler. ;)
