Kaspersky Intenet Security Problem

When I laucnh the Kaspersky Internet Security, it loads and it just exits. When you have Kaspesky, you right click on a file, you have an option to scan for viruses. My option is gray and I cannot click on it. I activated Kaspersky more or less 11 months ago. I tried to run it as administrator, but it didnt work.

Is there another antivirus interfering with it? Try disabling windows defender (Control pnl > System and security > Windows firewall)
