Hey Guys

I have installed a GTX 560 TI (Asus Direct CU II TOP "Overclocked") for ca 3 1/2 years now, and suddenly my friend stopped by me with a new MSI GTX 560 TI. So he wanted me to have it and install SLI in my computer.

So we tried first by just installing the card and SLI bridge and turn it on, but we could not set in SLI in Nvidia Contoll panel. Just the GTX 560 TI (1) and GTX 560 TI (2).

Then we checked what the internett said (link down below) And it didn't work. (It might be the SLI bridge, and i only have one, so wanted to ask here)

So I hope i can get some help from you guys :)

Motherboard: ASUS P8Z68 DELUXE/GEN3

                         - SLI and Crossfire enabled

Asus Graphic card (1 Way SLI "output")

MSI Graphic card (2 Way SLI  "output")

Also tried to set the card the other way ( Asus on top, MSI on bottom - MSI on top, Asus on bottom)

OS: Windows 8.1

They made a 448 cuda core and a 384 cuda core GTX 560 Ti, have you confirmed that they are either both 384 or 448 limited edition cards? they aren't cross compatible.

Funny thing is I was setting up my SLI about 4 hours ago and having problems as well lmao

Try the new card by itself. After that, re-install drivers. Double check all the correct SLI features are enabled.

I'm on your level, not surprisingly both from Washington, damn we're good.

The only way this could get any better is if you went to WSU...

p.s., I'm from Nebraska, I just go to school in WA.

I actually grew up on the Olympic Peninsula, working several jobs and working on a few college grants before I start attending.

I've got 352 CUDA and 384 CUDA Cores

There is also different Clock speed, memmory speed, and 320-bit and 256-bit

Sorry for my misspellings btw, from Norway

You have two different SKU's of a similar GPU core.

The 352-core is OEM / Pre-built and the 384 Core is an off the shelf model.

Sorry, they won't SLI I'm afraid, different core specs/memory controller and config.
