Help with binary!

Hello, I just started studying IT engineering. Got homework "write your name in ASCII and UTF-8 binary codes. "  
So ACII doesn't have Lithuanian letters(I think), what should I do? Is there are some kind of rules when this happens? Write nothing? Write simple C instead of "Č"?
I hope it makes sence :?

If you can't find characters you need in ascii, then look at UTF-8

Option 1: Just Write C

Option 2: Your name is Nicholas

UTF-8 contains č,š,ž 100%.

ASCII is for the most part not used in document writers like word. UTF-8 is god and shall be treated as such.

Okay, thanks guys. I'll use simple "C" with ASCII. And I have to write first and last name, "Č" is from last name
