Good Article on ISPs?

What would be a good article to present to a class on the current state of ISPs and what they are doing and how they are hurting our freedom on the internet and such. Basically the best article containing the most important information about ISPs for people who know nothing about what is going on. This is for a current events project in my Government and Economics class. Thanks so much for your help!

There's so much you could talk about... net neutrality, the internet fast lane, selective throttling, blocking websites and censorship, bandwidth caps, ect...

Not to mention privacy concerns, lack of infrastructure improvements in certain areas, stuff like that.
