For that money you can get other 120GB drives that are faster because they didn't change the firmware/controller/flash whatever it was Kingston did.

V300 series are still pretty bad at the moment. You are better off getting a Crucial MX100, Adata SP920 or Samsung 840 EVO

SanDisk Ultra Plus 128GB for $55-$60.

 

In benchmarks, it blows my V300 out of the water, but in terms of real world performance and boot times, its the exact same.
