Is US and only cpu and your case supports triple rads

anyone wanna help me find a good custom loop for 250 and under?

 

That's not nearly enough for a proper custom loop. Unless your skimping on parts and cutting corners which will ultimately lead to more potential leaks, headaches and more damage than good. 

 

It's also hard to help when you haven't told us of what you want to cool and in what case.
