Google calendar not syncing across devices.

So my mum is an attorney, and she got herself a galaxy s4 active, and when she puts stuff on her calendar on her phone it doesnt go to her computer, ive tried manual syncing and a quick google search didnt turn up much, any help?

I've had a similar problem on and off over the past few years and its always something dumb that went wrong. I assume she is using a planner on her s4? Be sure that the calendar she is adding events to on her phone is a google one and not the one under her Samsung account. Then check the google calendar online and ensure that calender is set to be displayed.
