Upgrade for little bro

Hey everyone,

 

My little bro his BD is today and he got 200 euro to spend. He wants to upgrade his PC. He has an old motherboard and a i7 860 @2.8 

 

He needs a new motherboard to really upgrade. No sata 3 etc. His GPU is a 7750 which is ok for now. Perhaps crossfire later on, which is also not available on this mobo.

 

Usage:

- Gaming (CS:GO mainly but GTA V later on, and other new games)

- Making YouTube videos, not heavy editing, play troughs manly and little fragmovies (basicly a lens flare and  thats it.)

- School

 

His budget is 200 like I said but he needs a new case if he buys a new mobo.

 

So basically:

- mobo

- cpu

- case

I agree there is no way a 7750 is going to play GTA V on PC the cpu is fine.

Generally I'd say stretch for a 270X and a CX500/500B

Oh okay. Well generally for around the 500 Euros price bracket, best choice is a 270/270X and a CX500
