It can play watch dogs, but at what resolution and graphical settings you want is the real question. 1080p on medium-high than yup and get playable frames

Intel Haswell i3 4130 with AMD Radeon R9 270X Sapphire Dual-X

Will i be able to play Watch Dogs?.

cPU IS too low

Yea, maybe you'll have to turn some settings like AA down a bit. @nanowatt That CPU is good, it may not be the best, but by no means is it "too low", he may be on a budget.

Would i be able to play New COD?

Yes difficulty, and that CPU is definitely "to low" the only time that can be said is if it is a 3 year old i3 or 2 year old amd X3 or X4

of my god, how much money do i have to spend on Fuc*ing Gaming PC

If you want to run everything maxed out, at least ~$1200.

Shot through the heart and you're to blame, 30fps and i'll pirate your game - Bon Jovi

Take me down to the console city where the games are blurry and the frames are thirty - Guns N' Roses

for little OCing

I do not think oyu can overclock on a "H" board, but they are still good motherboards

You can't overclock an i3 processor. So that motherboard should work nicely with your CPU.

i don't think you will be able to overclock that CPU. and if you would just state your budget and current planned build that would be nice.

Watch_Dogs is very demanding on both the CPU and GPU side of things especially when it comes to VRAM usage.

Will you be able to run the game with those parts? Yes most likely, but your graphics settings will have to come down quite a bit if you want acceptable frame rates.
