Yea, maybe you'll have to turn some settings like AA down a bit. @nanowatt That CPU is good, it may not be the best, but by no means is it "too low", he may be on a budget.

You can't overclock an i3 processor. So that motherboard should work nicely with your CPU.

Watch_Dogs is very demanding on both the CPU and GPU side of things especially when it comes to VRAM usage.

Will you be able to run the game with those parts? Yes most likely, but your graphics settings will have to come down quite a bit if you want acceptable frame rates.

What i would suggest is buying and amd cpu

What's your budget? Do you need any peripherals? Why is this under graphics cards?

don't underestimate the 4130 guys. it can handle watch dogs fine as long as the gpu is powerful.
