pretty sure a third 780 ti in sli will consume more power and output more heat, so i would choose a r9 295x2, unless you have two 780 ti in sli then go for the r9 295x2, if you have two 780 ti in sli then get a third

already have the powersupply and its a custom loop

if you are reading this you are wasting valuable time and should maybe rethink your life choices.

I'd just wait. Is there a reason you want a third card? There aren't very many use cases that would warrant it.

If DX12 makes a similar impact to Mantle then that isn't even a selling point of the AMD card, and since you already have it on a custom loop the water cooling aspect isn't a huge plus either.

You don't pay much of anything for hydro. So, the power savings isn't of huge importance either.

Two 780 TIs are already better than 295x2 for 1440p. If you're looking to surround those displays then you'll want something with more memory but if you're just gaming on the center one then what you have is fine.
