Yeah, I always do. Not that I have ever had a non-working key, I buy it just in case... I would rather spend $1.50 or whatever it is for the shield and get a working key rather than loose out on like $18 for example... Just my opinion

Im not sure, I did buy windows 8.1 and the garentee, and everything went fine. For $1 extra, i suppose its worth it

They seemed very professional to me, they said that they "don't want to interfere with my computer" by clicking on download links and that sort of thing. Very very professional

i haven't had to use screen share once. I think they do it another way now. Even if i did have to screen share i don't think it's that bad. All they want is to see me enter a key, and for the extra 80p i think it's worth it. i've bought 3 products in 4 weeks though and not had to screen share.

Well i wanna buy borderlands 2 for 5 bucks so i think i will just risk it
