So does Android Wear work with any Android device? I want to pick up both a Galaxy Note 4 and a Moto 360 later this year and I was curious as to if they will work together perfectly or will it work in an odd way?

yeah the OS is made by google so it should.

Yes. Any Android 4.3 or higher device
