1 and 2 look perfectly good. Spigen make great cases.

As for 3, feel around with HTC's Sense UI and see if you like it. If you do not like it at all and there are no redeeming features to you, you can try to experiment with different ROMS (this WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY)

Cyanogenmod is great if you're into changing every last detail on your phone, it also is very good in terms of security. Screenshot_2014-08-26-03-15-27.png

109918d1396050074t-htc-one-m8-what-everyThis is my case, Ilove it. It's translucent and strong.

How long ago did you get that case?  I got mine a couple weeks ago and the rubber around the sides tore off.

Always get a screen protector. They are worth it and preserve the value of a device. Also a case is a good idea. There is no better feeling than taking it out after a years and it still looks like new.

Today I saw micro scratches on my ipad air. really bothers me, even though you can only see them with a 500 watt lamp.

Is it the Google Play edition?

If not, Cyanogen!

How is the phones camera on cm? Does UFocus still work? Have you noticed any missing features?
