So I'm looking to build a pc that can handle 4k video very well.  The parts are listed below.  Tell me if you have any suggestions or think I should change something.  I hope everything is compatible and can fit in the case.

I have the 500gb ssd for my os and programs.

I'm going to keep my 1tb hdd that I have in my current pc for holding files and everything.

This is my first build so any tips would be awesome!

More storage, non ECC ram, and Windows 8.1, not 7

Specs: 4790k | Asus Z-97 Pro Wifi | MX100 512GB SSD | NZXT H440 Plastidipped Black | Dark Rock 3 CPU Cooler | MSI 290x Lightning | EVGA 850 G2 | 3x Noctua Industrial NF-F12's

Bought a powermac G5, expect a mod log sometime in 2015

Corsair is overrated, and Anime is ruined by the people who watch it

The motherboard supports a maximum of 64GB of non-ECC unbuffered DDR4 memory in 8 DIMMs, i.e. 8x8GB. I have only seen 4x8GB kits and the Asus X99-Deluxe memory QVL does not list any 8x8GB kits.

You might be able to use two kits of 4x8GB. But I expect you will have to fiddle with the timings to get things working at the rated speed.  Pick a kit from http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/memory/#sort=d4&Z=32768004.

I would suggest a different case. Perhaps the Phanteks Enthoo Pro, available in both windowed and non-windowed versions.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
