What are some advantage and disadvantages to disc ,and the same for Digital Download.

Disc - Can own/borrow used, can store it on the go offline, it uses no (or little) HDD space (Usually anyway), and you have the physical copy (Trophy type of thing)

Digital - Quicker HDD access, you don't have to worry about it being scratched or anything like that, it's tied to your account so even if you uninstall it you can download and install later (Assuming you have internet access).

Previously Trogdor8freebird

5800x | Asus x570 Pro Wifi (barely enough for 64GB apparently given it's 2133 and still crashes sometimes) | 64GB DDR4 | 3070 Ti 8GB | Love that whole weeb shit

Digital downloads can be downloaded 3x in total, only work on that xbox, and sometimes you don't get the pre-order bonuses

With the digital option you can also swap in and out of the game and it will save your progress. Doing it with a disc prompts for the disc each time then relaunches th game.

I prefer the digital download

I HAVE to have a disc. I bought it and if my system dies, I can buy a new system and always have my games.  But having a game digital is growing on me, because it's so nice to be able to just turn the system on and select the game without having to pull the disc out. But if your system dies after Xbox Live stops supporting it, then your out of luck.  One day, I hope that games come like movies with the disc and digital copy all rolled in one. I think I would even pay a small fee for the digital download. But I'm not paying 60 for a digital copy and 60 for a disc. I think digital copies should be around 40.
