I'm surprised that (at least according to my search) no one has posted about Koola's Unreal Engine 4 demos.  HAWWWWT DAYM.  If you haven't seen them I'll link the best ones below.  Are any games confirmed to be running Unreal Engine 4?

why isn't the sims 4 running this? Then I would buy it even without pools, toddlers or cars.

Agreed!

It would pretty freaking epic to have a REAL looking house and not something that looks semi cartoonist.

Man, this is awesome. I've always been impressed by Unreal Engine though.

I mean...  I would like a real looking house in any game...  But particularly in the Sims it would give it a much more realistic feel.

Oops, sorry.

Doesn't really matter, especially since the other thread was largely unnoticed.

BTW guy uploaded another video.

I mean it would be great to have this level of detail in games, however I doubt we'll see anything with this kind of graphical fidelity other than a tech demo or independent side project within the next 2-4 years.

I'm hoping to get it soon.  I'll post my prettiest stuff for anyone who is interested.

It's quite easy to get started. it's easier than UE3 and Cryengine to work with on detailed things. 100% worth it.

I have to ask this it's been bugging me for ages.

Is your username related to Guitar Hero II?

Yeah. I made it in 2007, although I've known of Trogdor since before it through homestarrunner, but I didn't know Free Bird until after GH2 came out.

I feel so fucking happy with myself now, I was walking down the road to the store earlier pondering "I must ask this dude if it's GH2 when I get home."

See I used to be very into GH2 on the PS2, I could play most of the tracks on expert and my favourite to play was Thunderhorse.

lol, one of the reasons why it's my name is because of Youtube

The first like 40 videos I made were all of Guitar Hero, so I wanted my name relevant.
