So, I want to build a decent gaming desktop. I want to know if this would be decent for playing most modern games at medium to high settings in 720p. I don't want to go over $650, but I think I might have to for what I'm wanting.

Cpu: i5 4460

Gpu: r7 260x

Ram: 8gb (not sure what brand but I'd like something cheap and good quality)

OS: Windows 8 (may start off with Linux

Hard drive: Seagate Barracuda 1tb

Case: (not sure, but I'd like it to be decently cheap and standard atx, suggestions?)

Mobo: H81, H87 or Z87

Psu: 500w (not sure what brand, maybe Cosair? Suggestions?)

Disc drive: standard 24x dvd drive

Fans: undecided

What do you guys think?

Thanks,

Dylan

If you're playing on 720p with this system you're going to get ultra for sure

Only downside is it dosent have usb 3.0

EDIT: woopsee thats Australian so it will be a bunch cheaper, you could upgrade the mobo and gpu maybe
