I'm facing a problem which i got no clue how to fix.

I made this rig for a friend:

Crucial MX100 SSD 128GB 2,5" 7mm       Intel Core i5-4460       ASUS H81I-PLUS, Socket-1150       Cooler Master V750S, 750W PSU       Seagate Barracuda® 2TB       Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium NO       EVGA GeForce GTX 780 3GB PhysX CUDA       Corsair Obsidian 250D Mini-ITX Sort       Cooler Master Hyper TX3 Evo CPU Kjøler

According to him it acted as it should have. The GPU fans would only go loud once he played demanding games and such, but now there's a issue with it. The fans are running at max, even when idle. Accodring to several temp-programs the GPU is not doing anything and it's at 24'c.

I've tried to lower the GPU fan speed through MSI afterburner, NVdia Control Panel, gainwards expert tool, but to no luck. I've also tried to reinstall the GPU driver but it only got quiet for a few seconds when the screen went black.  i reseated it, unplugged eveything and reconnected it. Didn't work.

Does anyone here have a clue of wtf is going on?

Stupid me, forgot to mentioned that, i reseated it, unplugged eveything and reconnected it. Didn't work.

As for precision, there's like no way to download it, on their webpage when i click on all the download i get a new page with a story of some sort with no download link. I found some other websites that had a download link for it, but everytime i tried it through them they re directed me to MSI afterburner.

edit:

So, last time i checked the Driver i just made a clean install, i tried removing the driver and it went silent, but then i couldn't read the temps, but as soon as i installed the driver again it went back to 100%
