What should i get?

Go to solution Solved by nanowatt,

i said that bec i now that both the tri-x and the zotac won't overheat so i said that i don't care about the heat bec i don't really care about what heat would both of them spread

may i ask why the Tri-x?

better cooling solution and the technology in that card is newer and it will perform better

I just built a new PC but am getting the GPU soon and am really confused between the

R9 290 Tri-X and the Zotac GTX 780

Am looking for a card that plays games on 60 Fps and more and i do like very light between now and then work on Photoshop and AE

I don't care about the heat as long as it doesn't affect my CPU

I don't care about the power consumption and i have a CM V750W Gold PSU

Oh and i am gunna be running two monitors one 20" and one 23"

"I don't care about the heat as long as it doesn't affect my CPU" it ill affect the performance of you gpu because once it reach a limit it will reduce the clock speeds and get the trix

Beware of him that is slow to anger; for when it is long coming, it is the stronger when it comes, and the longer kept. Abused patience turns to fury.

You can't go wrong with either one. Both will give you acceptable performance

Between those exact models I would go with the Sapphire R9 290 TRI-X OC http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HJOXUKC. You will get more for your money and Sapphire is a more reputable AMD card manufacturer than Zotac is a nVidia manufacturer.

Cooler Master HAF XB EVO, ASUS Maximus VII Hero, i7-4790K @ 4.5GHz, Corsair H100i, EVGA GTX 980Ti SC, Corsair Vengeance Pro 2X8GB 1866Mhz CL9, 2X Crucial M500 960GB, EVGA SuperNOVA 1050 GS, ASUS ROG Swift PG278Q w/ nVidia 3D Vision 2
