additional display, which?

So I want to have a 2nd screen for my laptop, I want to replace the old 1440x900 monitor and maybe use it later on for gaming too, when i have an extra keyboard.

So as far as I know do LED screens look much better than LCD and cost a bit more. I want that the screen has 1920x1080 resolution and 60 or 75Hz (75hz, because i may use it with a desktop pc in the future that has a better gpu). It shouldnt cost over 150€. IF you say that you know some good LCD ones too, then tell me pls.
