Recommend Me A Laptop?

Hi Guys,

 

So I need a new laptop for school work. It's gonna be doing word processing, internet stuff (gonna need to support a decent amount of tabs and stuff 4GB RAM should be fine) and some like Reaper stuff. Budget will probably be in the 400-700 GBP bracket.

 

It needs to have:

 

SSD (or space for me to swap one in)

 

1080p (or higher) screen

 

It should be an ultrabook style, thin and light sorta jobby

 

Ethernet port is a must due to shitty home WiFi situation

 

Decent Keyboard is preferred

 

It does not need:

 

A hard drive other than the SSD

 

NO CHROMEBOOKS

 

Does not need dedicated graphics (strictly no gaming machine this)

 

That's all I can think of right now, but there might be some more info if I've forgotten something

Except for the fact that it has a proper GPU

It's like the Mail-in rebate that you get on Amercan stores, but less finicky due to European Law.

 

Basically, you ask how to get this cashback and fill in this short form then it gets sent to you in the post in the form of a cheque.
