Corsair 780T Question

Benbinbeen

I noticed the other day that the Corsair 780t was available at Newegg.com.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139048&cm_re=780t-_-11-139-048-_-Product

The case is interesting to me but I was wondering if anyone has already purchased one or has seen one and can tell me would it be possible to put a 360 45mm-60mm radiator in push/pull in the top of the case? I might be jumping ahead of myself since it just came out, but curiosity has gotten the best of me.

Thanks

I'm not forsure of the answer but the actual case is the same as the 750d and 760t from corsair so if the rad in question will fit in those it will fit in the 780t.

Sky Pollution | i5 3570k @4.8Ghz | MSi z77a g45 | MSi GTX 770 Gaming 2gb | Samsung 840 Evo 250gb, Samsung OEM 500gb HDD | Corsair CX750m | Corsair 760t White Edition |
Corsair M95 | SuperLux 668b's | Logitech C615 | ViewSonic VX2250wm | Random OEM keyboard until I rage break it and grab another random OEM keyboard from my pile.

A friend of mine has a 760t but doesn't water cool it, just air. I know the top filter came off where he can place fans over where the radiator would mount. I will have to take a closer look.

The 780T will fit this no problem, it has more clearance than 760T and 750D due to the fan chamber above the steel structure.

Well, if anyone would know if this would fit, it would be you. How thick of a rad, would you say, I could fit on the top of this 780t before I started running into issues with it hitting my memory (Corsair Vengence 2133hz) in push/pull?

Thanks

It can fit a monster with fans in the top with still a bit of room before it hits the mobo, same with the front 360 monsta in push pull. A monsta is a 80mm so it will fit with plenty of room :D
