does the x99 deluxe mb can support 4 way sli?

which motherboard are you talking about? I'm going to assume it is the delux mobo from asus and if so then only if it has 4 pci express 16x-8x lanes.

It does, but only on GTX 590, GTX 690 and Titan Z. It only supports 3 physical 2-slot graphics cards.
